As for the turn signal conversion, unless you want
to use Harley lights and heavily massage your wiring
harness, nope. Either change to HD lights, or rewire
the stock buckets with a socket for a dual filament
bulb. Either way, you have to tap into the running
light circuit in the taillight to power the conversion.
Major league pain in the ass, and rear runninglight/turn
signals on bikes are illegal in a large number of
areas. Before you go to all this trouble, find out
if the swap will be legal where you live.
